When our multimedia department were told that Harley-Davidson would like Room 58 to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed this month and 'do a spot of filming' excited doesn't even cover it!
Led by our Head of CGi and Moving Media we packed up our kit, jumped in the car and made our way to the festival. For those of you that don't know, The Festival of Speed is "the largest motoring garden party in the world" and we were only too happy to attend!
We were asked to capture the Harley lifestyle at their exhibition stand. They had a selection of custom Motorcycles, JumpStart and a graffiti wall being created to promote 'the people's bike' launch. Through a partnership with Gibson guitars they built a live music stage which hosted a variety of bands including former world super bike champion James Toseland performing his latest release "Life is Beautiful" which also features as the backing track for our video. Room 58 spent the day capturing video, time-lapse and photographs of the experience which in Harley-Davidson's own words, was "Perfect"! We are already looking forward to next year!
