When Exled came to us to help them increase market share within an increasingly competitive lighting industry, we were deLIGHTed (sorry!) to assist. In assessing their current market share and position, we discovered they hadn’t thought about their WHY and were focusing on too many different goals.
The first step was to identify the WHY. We held a workshop with their passionate leadership team to find out what made them bound out of bed in the morning then spent time boiling all those reasons down to one single statement: a mission, if you will. A mission that supports their WHY and keeps their focus on their common goal for the company’s future.
We have since provided them with a strategy to pursue their goals for their business and product development, and which focuses on their WHY and takes their customers on the journey with them.
